Wednesday, March 3:

Cuban Day

Tambor de name (Yam Pie), Aporreado de col (Cabbage Stew), Budin de calabaza (Squash Pudding), Dinner Roll, Ensalada de fripoles negros y pimiento (Black Bean & Pepper Salad), Milk.

Thursday, March 4:

Irish Day

Cider-Glazed Baked Ham, Apple-Pear Chutney, Buttermilk Chive Whipped Potatoes, Gingered Carrots, Rye Bread, Choc Chip Bread Pudding, Milk.

Friday, March 5:

Greek Day

Shrimp & Crab Pilaf, Broccoli, Yishni (Greek Veg. Stew), Greek Pita Bread, Koulourakia (Sesame Cookie), Milk.

March Alternate Meal:

This meal is an alternative to the regular menu on Wednesdays, you must reserve this meal with Steve Bown the Friday prior.

Thai Beef Stir Fry Rice Bowl:

Beef Stir Fry, broccoli, carrots, green & red peppers, onions in a peanut sauce served over jasmine rice.
